China is the world's superpower shellfish production,rich in resources,common shellfish,scallop,abalone,and so on.In recent years,with the improvement of our people's living standard,the market demand of abalone products is increasing.With the rapid development of abalone production,the production of abalone-based processing methods,regardless of quality and efficiency can not meet the requirements of abalone products.Abalone pretreatment processing technology mainly include:grading,cleaning,shelling,dirty and other links,where the shelling process is time-consuming,more and more labor,and the most impact on the meat rate of abalone link.Abalone belly foot hypertrophy,abdominal foot muscle and shell adhesion between strong,and adhesion will not cause heating,vibration,such as the causes of significant changes,such as scallops,such as easy shelling of shellfish and equipment,and the method is not suitable for the shelled abalone processing.While the new type of shelling,such as microwave and high-pressure,has the problems of low processing efficiency and changing taste,so the mechanical shelling equipment based on cutter cutting principle becomes a new way to solve this problem.This paper studies the principle and method of cutting-off abalone shelling,and the design method of building shelling equipment in this principle,and the specific research is as follows:(1)The cutting path planning of the abalone complex shell surfaces.The paper establishes the shell surface model of abalone,and proposes the optimum cutting path of cutting tool.Using 3d scanning and curved surface reconstruction technology to obtain the three-dimensional model of the sample surface of abalone shell,extracting the common characteristics of sample surfaces and constructing the standard shell surface model of the abalone grading(long axis 6-8cm),the maximum deviation of the sample and the standard shell surface is analyzed.The evaluation criterion of cutter cutting path is established,and the cutting performance of different cutting paths is analyzed based on the standard shell surface model,and the optimum cutting path is finally obtained.(2)The Machine vision collection of the abalone pose information.Based on machine vision,the image processing method of abalone morphological characteristics is established,and the extracting method of abalone pose information for shelling process is presented.Building a visual inspection platform through image processing,the Abalone sample contour is obtained,and the Abalone positioning information is established.By comparing the area of the two dimensional projection of abalone and combining the rotation characteristics of abalone morphology,the actual cutting path direction of abalone sample is obtained,and the extracting method of the abalone pose information is established,which provides data for the control of shelling equipment.(3)Abalone mechanical shelling equipment design.The equipment mainly includes the feeding module,the Visual inspection module,the clamping module,the shelling module is designed.In order to ensure the equipment according to the quantity of work requirements,the feeding module adopts belt weigher to carry on the material;Visual inspection module guarantees the implementation of the optimum cutting path before the work of Bao;the clamping module needs to satisfy the clamping force of the working process,ensuring that the shell is not offset and does not damage the shell;The Shell module considers the difference of the surface of the casing body,establishes the flexible shelling mechanism and cutter,realizes the optimum cutting path and completes the shelling of Bao.The shelling equipment is based on cutter cutting principle,which has the characteristics of simple structure,high precision and higher efficiency.
