With the rapid development of cities in our country, the emissions of urban sewageand sludge output also increased year by year, and how to deal with the sewage sludgehas become the first to solve the problems in the urban development. At the same time inthe background of the "cut stick" and the development of new wall materials, urbansludge in sintering shale brick research not only conform to the requirements of thenational policy, and to promote the development of urbanization in China. Thisexperiment is mainly conduct research and analysis basic mechanical properties-shearproperties of urban sludge in sintering shale brick masonry. And provide a solidfoundation and a reliable guarantee for the promotion of this new wall materials.According to the result of experiment analysis are:(1) To regression processing of the shear strength data of the experiment, can beconcluded along the joint shear strength formula of the average that urban sludge insintering shale solid brick and porous brick masonry. Compared with the shear strengthformula of the code, the shear strength improves a lot of urban sludge shale in sinteringbrick masonry. This is because, compared with ordinary brick, urban sludge sinteredshale brick pages with rough surface and strong bonding mortar.
