The Gas Film Reinforced Concrete Dome Silo Construction Method Research

China has a wealth of coal resources,with the continuous progress of the society,it is also more and more high demand on how to rationally and efficiently mining and storing coal resources.Gas membrane reinforced concrete dome structure(hereinafter referred to as the ball bin)form has many traditional silos and incomparable advantages,in regard to the appearance of beautiful shape,in terms of structure durable,quite advanced in the construction process,short construction period,construction technology of this new structure just from the United States to introduce,in our country belongs to the new technology.At present China has not formed complete construction method,will greatly limit this structure in domestic development.In this paper,according to the China coal handan design engineering co.,LTD and construction drawings provided by the DT company,combining with the relevant standards and a large number of literature at home and abroad,and analyzed with the DOME TECH company inflatable membrane construction technology,on the basis of the geological conditions of on site and investigation,combined with previous build gas film reinforced concrete DOME structure,the structure of the coal storage bin,form,construction difficulties are analyzed,and studies the ball storehouse gas film forming,polyurethane coating,sprayed concrete and construction of the key control points of construction technology such as order method,according to the ball storehouse construction sequence and construction site personnel arrangement,determined the suitable for the project of gas film,polyurethane,ratio of raw materials such as concrete and corresponding equipment model,through the China coal sussing out 68 engineering co.,LTD.,at the end of the bottle gourd vegetable raw coal bunker,coal preparation plant of Inner Mongolia coal bunker,coal engineering practice,combined with engineering required materials,equipment,quality control,safety measures and other related content,meet the conditions to develop our country building industry coal storage bin and construction methods to lay the foundation for the future application of engineering construction of similar structure to provide certain reference significance.
