Research And Realization Of Evaluation System For Existing Buildings Renovation

The face to the large qua nt it ies of exist ing build ings,whether it is resident ia l constr uct ion,histor ica l and cult ura l build ings and pub lic facilit ies construct ion needs faced de molit io n or renovatio n,mainte nance and so on.So how is an important issue in the securit y and even the use of energy-saving and other aspects of the transfor mat ion o f exist ing b uild ings has become the industry.Engineered exist ing build ings ofte n face three major problems,that trans format io n is necessary and feasib le,rehabilitat ion progra ms are reasonable and whether t he post-transfor mat ion to improve build ing perfor mance,it is t herefore necessary to be eva luated to ensure that the trans format ion e ffect.Through the influe nce factors on exist ing build ings to analyze,Ana lyzed and summarized exist ing co mprehens ive eva luat ion index construct ion,construct io n of fuzzy eva luat io n index syste m,the eva luat ion syste m is divided into three le vels,Includ ing 5 ind icators,and 18 secondary ind icators.Comprehens ive evaluat ion of five indicators respective ly,fro m build ing profess iona ls,specia lized index structure,water supply and drainage ind icators,electr ical engineering indicators,heating and vent ilat ing d iscip line engineering indicators current perfor mance of exist ing build ings,the necessit y to determine its le ve l of trans for matio n and further ident ify the specific directio n of the trans for mat ion.Secondly,the use of AHP and fuzzy comprehens ive evaluat ion met hod comb ined,for mat ion of fuzzy comprehens ive evaluat ion method based on AHP,through a comprehe ns ive eva luat ion of exist ing buildings,give n the trans format io n of the feasib ilit y ana lys is to provide recomme ndatio ns for renovat io n project.And us ing J2 EE to deve lop the software,Eva luat io n of exist ing buildings constr ucted engineered system based on B/S architect ure,renovatio n of e xist ing build ings to establis h evaluat ion infor mat ion database,based on the establis hed comprehens ive evaluat ion system,se lect a co mprehens ive eva luat ion a nd research exa mp les.Eva luat ion inc ludes eva luat ion be fore the transfor mat ion,the tra nsfor mat ion progra m ana lys is,evaluat ion and eve ntua l trans format io n after transfor mat ion effect ana lys is,rationa lit y and feasib ilit y st udy designed to eva luate the syste m,and furt her improve the evaluat ion test too ls.Fina lly,the ma in funct io n modules of the syste m imple me ntat ion process is give n,the practica l applicat ion proves t he ava ilability a nd usab ilit y of t he s ystem,provides evaluat ion tools ava ilable for the evaluat ion o f exist ing build ings engineered.
