With the improvement in the level of social civilization and the rapid development of automobile industry,It requires higher performance of mobile usage from both of consumers and car manufacturers.Vehicle ergonomics regarded as an important factor in development process is an important guarantee for vehicle performance and safety and is also a reflects of humane concern.Scientific,comfortable ergonomics vehicles should be scientific and comfortable that meet increasing consumer demands can significantly improve the market competitiveness.Therefore,Being a vehicle manufacturer needs to learn the experience of design from domestic and international industry that should be applied to the practice of product development.Vehicle Ergonomics aimed at efficient,comfortable,healthy and safe is an important aspect of humane concern.The article study the process of product development that include the relation of among man,machine,environment and statute,including the problem of optimization on the base of basic theory of ergonomics and principles of automotive design.Centering on vehicle ergonomics,the article introduces the concepts and principles of vehicle ergonomics which is scientific,systematic and practical in product development,as well as vision check,seating arrangement(including the human body posture and internal space),arranged of manipulating members,on and off convenience and vehicle safety,ambient air quality in compartment.It also give an introduction and compared analysis about subjective evaluation and objective evaluation of Vehicle Ergonomics.Combined with the existing issues of Vehicle Ergonomics in market models,the paper gives an effective analysis and then comes up with the corresponding measures which could be referred for subsequent development of models.
