With the development of China's aerospace and the satellite fairing assembly quality demand is higher and higher.According to the different transport task,different types of carrier rocket with different shapes of one or more satellite fairings,such as single satellite fairing,two satellites fairing,more satellites fairing etc,in order to satisfy different missions,so need to develop automation,flexibility and generalization and digital satellite fairing assembling frame,make its can meet a variety of types and specifications of the assembly,this is a very urgent task.This thesis research topic from Shanghai in key discipline construction projects(B602)and Shanghai science and technology commission of science research project(08DZ1124100),project research includes the following aspects:(1)According to the satellite fairing assembling systems,from the Angle of control system established realize its automation,flexibility and generalization and digital main ways.In assembling frame flexible structure design basis,combining advanced control theory and practical experience,the developing automation,flexibility and generalization and digital satellite fairing assembling frame control system.(2)Analysis of the main technical parameters of the satellite fairing,aiming at satellite fairing assembling shelf structure characteristics,design automation,flexibility and generalization and digital masquerade matches frame control system scheme of.From the requirement analysis,module partition,the control system of the technical index,the relationship between each system,key technology and so on several aspects.Clear assembling frame design of the control system of content,the control system accuracy requirement,and from grasping the satellite fairing assembling frame control system development direction,for detailed scheme design and implementation to lay a solid foundation.(3)Design and validation satellite fairing assembling frame of control system.Analyzes the assembling frame structure,the technical indexes from satellite fairing assembling frame backplane level control system,the benchmark platform positioning system,analyzes in detail the characteristics and requirement of each systems,and in the light of these design requirement for different control scheme,through comparing analysis of multiple solutions,implementation of the most reasonable design scheme.(4)Designing satellite fairing assembly rack management system.According to the structure of the assembly frame,measurement methods,the function of parts,the user's different needs,then to design the appropriate software,and its software modules,and to make the reasonable and orderly combination into software management which provides a digital platform for the structure management of satellite fairing frame.
