Study On Schedule Control For Installation Project That Fairing Of Commercial Aircraft

With the promotion of comprehensive strength in recent years,our country continues to increasing investment in the aviation industry,especially in civil aviation,commercial aircraft corporation of china(COMAC)was founded as an representative,to implement the program of large civil aircraft that included in the great plan of large aircraft.In the critical period that a model of civil aircraft begin to be built and tested,aim at the deficiency of old functional organizational structure,and learn from the advanced experience of other countries,COMAC built a project team,using the strong matrix organization structure to accelerate progress of the program.In the thesis,the project that fairing(wing to body)installation of a model of large airplane is the target of research,it takes the first plane(No.101)as a breakthrough,based on project management theory,learn from other aviation enterprises,which have the successful experience,and for the disadvantages of the company in schedule control,the thesis proposes a method for schedule control that based on visual management & earned value management.In the thesis,it makes a schedule according to the structure of fairing(wing to body)and the engineering plan first.Then,it focuses on how to use visual management & earned value management in schedule monitoring.The thesis uses visual management to monitor the schedule,create a system of visual management,uses the system to record and transmit information timely and effectively;it uses earned value management to analyze the operational status of the project,provide reference for manager to make decisions,in order to effectively control the schedule of the project finally.At last,the thesis introduces the basic methods of schedule adjustment simply,and uses some methods according to the actual situation.Based on the logical relationship of schedule control,the thesis finds a closed-loop method.It also can be used in other similar project.
