In recent year,the total mileage of Highway has increased rapidly in China,exceeded 123,500 kilometer.The number of domestic car has doubled and the electromechanical facilities of highway tunnels have been updated.This has made electromechanical facilities of highway tunnels stability and maximum efficiency.In addition,the maintenance of the highway tunnel facilities costs about 80%of the total life cycle of the facilities,and the maintenance of the probability of failure is random,and the traditional facilities management is that monitored management and facilities database management are separated,there is manual document management model in some places.BIM technology,system engineering methodology and analytic hierarchy process can solve the problems of large maintenance,low efficiency,high cost and non-uniform management.With BIM technology visualization and sharing data,and the integration of highway electromechanical Facilities maintenance database,achieve integrated management platform of highway tunnel electromechanical maintenance,through the system engineering methodology and analytic hierarchy process.This paper,read a large number of literature data at home and abroad,clear the background and significance of the study,build integrated management and four functional modules,of highway tunnel electromechanical equipment maintenance based on BIM technology.At the same time,the survey and issued questionnaires of Ningwu,Funing and Fushou three highways were used to understand the maintenance status of electromechanical facilities in highway tunnels,and obtain the weighting data of the two evaluation models of facility importance and supplier dominance.Apply system engineering methodology and analytic hierarchy process to achieve a simplified model of monitored management,fault and warehouse information management,the importance of facilities and maintenance strategy selection,the preferred supplier of parts.Finally,the function and effect of maintenance integrated management platform of electromechanical facilities of Yangmeiling Tunnel are demonstrated in detail by taking the Yangmeiling tunnel electromechanical maintenance integrated management platform as an example.The main achievement of this paper is to build an integrated maintenance management platform based on Simplifying BIM Model for electromechanical facilities maintenance management of highway tunnel,and through four functions,to realize the centralized,visual,intelligent management of electromechanical facilities of highway tunnel,to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance cost.At present,there are few scholars in this field.The results of this research have broadened the development of maintenance management theory of electromechanical facilities of highway tunnel,and also have certain practical and applied significance.At the same time,there are some shortcomings in this study,hoping to further improve in the follow-up study.
