Fin is one of the key components of the heat exchanger with complex production process and heavy labor strength.In order to meet the requirement of the fin mass production,an automatic fin forming machine which is in line with market demand is put forward.First of all,this paper introduces the industry background of the parallel flow condenser under the background of the energy conservation,emissions reduction and machine substitution.This paper introduces the structure of the parallel flow condenser and analyzes the current development of fin forming machine at home and abroad.The necessity of developing automatic fin forming machine is also pointed out.Secondly,this paper expounded the fin production technology and main technical indexes.The overall design scheme of automatic fin forming machine is put forward according to the technical requirements of the enterprise.The fin forming machine can be divided into several parts including main control unit,rolling unit,tensioning unit,forming unit,sparse wave unit,cutting unit,etc.In addition,the structure of each unit design,control system design and key components selection are also given.Then it introduceds the design of the software which includes the PLC software and man-machine interactive touch screen software.Finally,combined with the design of the system control module,focusing on the variable frequency constant speed control of aluminum rolling unit,this paper puts forward the fuzzy PID control algorithm.Through experimental data and analysis,it turns out that fuzzy PID control algorithm for the variable frequency constant speed control of aluminum rolling unit meets the system design requirements.
