Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Green And Assembly Degree Of Prefabricated Buildings

The fabricated buildings has the characteristics of material saving,energy saving,water saving and less pollution,which is highly interlinked with the requirements of green building.At present,the evaluation criteria of green buildings and fabricated buildings are both isolated,assembly degree of buildings and green degree of building can not be taken into account at the same time.Therefore,it is urgent to use a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system to improve the evaluation of fabricated buildings,to better reflect the performance of prefabricated building,and to promote the development of green assembly architecture.Therefore,integrating the two evaluation standards of building construction,economic and social benefits of buildings taking into consideration,and using ANP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation system of green prefabricated building is established.The main research contents include:First,by comparing the domestic and foreign architectural evaluation standards,we analyze the limitations about evaluating the fabricated buildings by using the two domestic evaluation standards:Assessment standard for green building and Standard for assessment of prefabricated building,and the necessity and approach about integrating those two standards.Second,basing on the connection of the two different standards,obeying the principles established by the fabricated buildings comprehensive evaluation system,taking the characteristics of the prefabricated building and the requirements of the green building into consideration,and using the expert consultation method,the comprehensive evaluation system is constructed with four indexes including the ecological environment,economy,assembly level and social benefit,and the meaning and calculation method of each evaluation index are detailed and detailed.Third,we analyze the relevance of the index,use ANP to analyze the weight of the index,get the sample by the questionnaire,calculate the weight of each index by using the decision software Super Decision,and then construct the integrated evaluation model of the fabricated buildings by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Fourth,through the case analysis,the maneuverability of the model is tested.Through comparison and analysis,the built model is been proved that it can reflect the comprehensive performance of the fabricated buildings accurately,that is,the degree of green and assembly,which provides a new idea for completing the evaluation of the prefabricated building,and provides the original version for the fusion of two standard.
