With the increasingly serious of environment problems in the world and deepening attention to it, people gradually realize the rapid development of human civilization cannot be at the cost of the environment, as well they recognize the importance of protecting the global environment and resource conservation, and construction as the most natural resource consumption industries must walk on the path of sustainable development. In China, with the development of economy, public building with high energy consumption is increasingly prominent, especially large-scale public building are major energy consumers, the energy intensity of China's building energy efficiency directly affect the overall targets. Green public building system based on sustainable development idea is different from the previous system of public building. It has gone beyond mere environmental protection, viewed as a "social-economic-environment" complex ecological system, which determines the Evaluation of green public building is a complicated system. The study on evaluation system of green public building is an important link of sustainable development of construction industry.Based on this, this paper studies the evaluation system of green public building. This paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of green public building based on the green public building meanings and comparative analysis of evaluation system of the green public building at home and abroad. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of green public building is established used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and realizes the green public building assessment modeling, quantitative evaluation and operability. In this paper the main research results are as follows:(1) The "green" meaning of the green public building is researched.From the scope and characteristics of public building and the significance of the development of green public building, based on the key points of green public building, the "green" meaning of the green public building is researched in this paper from the green design, green energy system, green materials system, green water system, green thermal system, green light system, green atmosphere system, green sound system and Green environmental sanitation system.(2) On the basis of the meaning of the green public building, building a comprehensive evaluation index system of public building.The evaluation of green public building is a complicated systematic project. In the paper, by the comparative analysis of major green public building system both home and abroad, based on system engineering theory, sustainable development theory and evaluation theory, in complying with the principle of sustainable development, the principle of comprehensiveness, scientific principle and the principle of hierarchy, the hall Methodology of Three- dimensional structure is applied to establish green public building three-dimensional structure which is comprised by the time dimension, the logical dimension and the knowledge dimension, and then comprehensive evaluation index system of green public building is established.(3) With comprehensive evaluation system of green public building, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of green public building is established based on the fuzzy mathematical theory.After constructing the comprehensive evaluation system of green public building, the public building green fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, The index weight directly affects the accuracy of the assessment results. Therefore, this paper using hierarchy analysis method confirms evaluation system of public building green index factors relative to the upper indexes weights. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to determine the weight of factors relative to the upper indicators in comprehensive evaluation index system of the green public building.(4) In order to make the comprehensive evaluation index system of green public building established better implementation and incessant improvement, and verify its scientific property, this paper takes a Finance Building for instance empirically. |
