Medical exercise treadmill is a kind of medical equipment to assist the diagnosis of coronary heart disease by recording the electrocardiogram of person in the state of motion.At home and abroad,there is no research on the measurement methods and techniques for medical exercise treadmill.Therefore,the trace back method of medical exercise treadmill was studied on this paper,and the calibration device was developed according to the calibration parameters in JJF(Zhejiang)1104-2014 "Calibration Specification for Exercise Treadmill Analyzer ".At last,experiments were designed to do the accuracy evaluation and functional test about the calibration device for medical exercise treadmill,the specific contents are as follows:Firstly,research on the trace back method of medical exercise treadmill.The calibration method of each parameter was determined according to the calibration parameters proposed in calibration specification of medical exercise treadmill.The measurement characteristic parameters of medical exercise treadmill were traced back to the social public measurement standard or the national measurement standard,and the system of values transference and traceability for medical exercise treadmill was established.Secondly,calibration device for medical exercise treadmill was developed.A white color mark was pasted on the running belt,and the white color mark was recognized by color mark sensor,the velocity calibration of medical exercise treadmill was realized.Weak signal generator was developed to calibrate the parameters of ECG.Weak signal generator can generate four wave forms: sine wave,square wave,ECG simulation signal and standard heart rate signal.The MCU peripheral circuits were designed,including power supply circuit,touch LCD screen control circuit and buzzer circuit,etc.Programs were written,including setting program of weak signal generator for wave forms types,frequency and amplitude,relay control program,human-computer interaction interface program,etc.Finally,the accuracy evaluation experiment and function test experiment of the calibration device were carried out.The uncertainty evaluation and function test experiment of the velocity calibration module were carried out.Measured the frequency of the output signal of the weak signal generator,had an uncertainty evaluation for peak value of four kinds of signals waveform and amplitude of ECG simulation signal's each wave band,and had a signal print experiment.The calibration device had reached the designed technical targets,and can be used to calibrate the parameters of medical exercise treadmill.
