The proposal of "fitness for all" has set off a wave of fitness.With the improvement of material living standards,people have shifted their attention to their own construction,paying more and more attention to their physique and health,and becoming more and more aware of fitness.Fitness fever promotes the vigorous development of the domestic fitness equipment market,and fitness equipment enterprises are developing rapidly.On the other hand,technological updates are changing people's way of life.Internet upgrade of traditional products provides users with more choices,and hardware products are facing upgrading in the new environment.At the same time of economic development,the pace of people's life is quickening and time is seriously fragmented.The way of fitness is gradually shifting from traditional gym fitness and outdoor exercise to indoor family exercise.The market demand for family fitness equipment is increasing day by day.Technological innovation has brought new possibilities to product design.internet plus' s product thinking has brought more product experiences and services to users.How to meet the needs of current users in the product design of home fitness equipment is a major problem facing the home fitness equipment market.Treadmill is one of the products with high purchase rate of domestic fitness equipment,but there are still some problems such as low utilization rate,occupied space,unreasonable design of the product's mobile end,and low integration of modeling design and home environment.Based on this,the research and research on the user needs of the household treadmill are carried out,the design requirements are extracted from the needs and the design of the household treadmill is carried out according to the human body parameters of ergonomics.At present,there are many researches on product design methods.In this study,a method based on the integration of Quality Function Deployment(QFD)and Kano Model(Kano Model)is proposed to obtain user requirements,and the requirements are converted into quality characteristics associated with the product to output the weight ofproduct design elements to guide the design of new products.The House of Quality(hereinafter referred to as HQD)is used to build the correlation between user needs and product characteristics.Firstly,the user needs of domestic treadmills are investigated and analyzed to determine the target user population of domestic treadmills,a certain number of target users are interviewed,and the interview results are collated to obtain the user's suggestions on the product needs and product design of domestic treadmills.Then,according to the interview results,a questionnaire on the user needs of the household treadmill is designed.Affinity graph method(hereinafter referred to as KJ method)is used to sort out and summarize the interview contents and the results of the questionnaire on user needs,to determine the user needs of the household treadmill,and to conduct an importance investigation on the user needs of the household treadmill to determine the importance of the user needs of the household treadmill.Secondly,Kano model is applied to the revision of the user weight of the household treadmill.Kano questionnaire is used to classify the user needs of the household treadmill,and adjustment factors are determined to calculate the importance of the revised user needs.The fourth step is to determine the design requirements of the household treadmill,build the correlation between user requirements and product design requirements indicators,and output the weight of design requirements indicators.Finally,based on the above analysis of the user needs of the household treadmill,the design principles of the product are used to analyze the shape,color and function of the household treadmill product,and the sketch divergence is carried out.The ergonomics analysis of the design of the household treadmill is carried out to determine the design size of the household treadmill.The 3D modeling software and rendering software are used to complete the scheme design of the household treadmill product,evaluate and screen the scheme,and select the optimal scheme.Finally,the full text is summarized and prospected.
