Production site management optimization is an important method for continuous improvement of production process of manufacturing enterprises.Through the optimization of the production site can enable enterprises to significantly improve production efficiency, reduce costs, reduce labor intensity, increase productivity, and ultimately improve the enterprise to market change degree of adaptation,to meet customer needs, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the market. This paper take QL engine company installed test workshop as the object of study, the site management concepts and the basic research methods, and QL car and its engine company profile were introduced. To meet the production needs of customers is the basic motive force,of engine assembly line and test for optimization and improvement. For the assembly line layout is unreasonable, some work time is longer,so that the assembly line appears unbalanced, resulting in low efficiency, high labor intensity of workers.Uses,"5W1H" questioning technology analysis of the reason for the existence of,again according to the results of the analysis using production line balance theory, the station optimization methods optimization analysis,in order to improve the production efficiency of the assem'bly line to meet customer demand. To test the test preparation stage and the test time is not reasonable, the use of process analysis of the testing process and key processes to describe the process.Uses "5W1H"questioning technology in-depth analysis of the existence of the irrational part, and the four principles of "ECRs" corresponding modification of the unreasonable process, and strive to reduce the labor intensity, improving the efficiency of the mobile testing in the engine,so as to improve the testing efficiency.
