In the age of economic globalization,the production cycle for products is gradually shortened.Rapidly developing the new product to meeting customers'demands has become one of key factors for enterprises to win market competition.Currently,the informatization of the cabinet body manufacturing of high-low voltage switch cabinet in China is not high,and there are lots of "information silo" within the enterprise,with difficulty in information exchange and without share,which cause the development efficiency of enterprise's new product is not high.Under this background,this paper studies the integrated platform of new product development for high-low voltage switch cabinet.In chapter one,this paper briefly introduces the research status of new product development platform,partner selection and outsourcing allocation in recent years,then determines the main contents and objectives of the paper.In chapter two,this paper describes the relevant theoretical basis of partner selection and outsourcing allocation.First,it introduces the basic principle of cooperation partner and analyzes the influencing factors and complexity of cooperation partner selection.Second,it briefly introduces gray relation analysis method in gray system and analyzes its applicability in cooperation partner selection.Finally,it demonstrates the application of outsourcing allocation in genetic algorithm.In chapter three,this paper thinks about the environmental factors,the spraying quality,the spraying price and the production capacity as the evaluation index,establishes the partner selection model based on the gray relational analysis method.Then this paper establishes the outsourcing allocation model with the objectives of minimizing the cost,maximizing spraying quality index and environmental index.Finally,an example is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.In chapter four,this paper describes the architecture of the new product development platform for high-low voltage switch cabinet.On the basis of user analysis and function requirement analysis,the paper chooses the new product development platform as B/S structure and J2EE architecture and designs the four layer new product development platform architecture including user interface layer,control layer,service layer and persistence layer.In chapter five,this paper develops the integration platform of the new product development for high-low voltage switch cabinet.First,this paper outlines the general function of the platform,including the platform management subsystem,the process management subsystem,the spray partner management subsystem and the platform login module.Second,it designs the system functions and system database.Finally,the development of model KYN28A high voltage cabinet project is used to illustrate the system implementation.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole work and the further researches.
