| Compared with oil,Liquefied natural gas(LNG)has the advantages of environmental,economy and safety.Therefore,the application of clean and efficient energy is increasing widely.In the automotive industry,the state has strengthened the policy of improving the field of natural gas vehicles under the policy of energy-saving and emission reduction.LNG vehicle has become the new development trend in the natural gas auto industry.The development of LNG vehicle in full swing,and this also promotes the vigorous development of LNG filling station construction.But the development of the low temperature pump in LNG filling station mainly rely on import at present,And the price is expensive,once failure,the maintenance is very trouble.Under this background,I design a new LNG filling system.It has the advantages of simple structure,low price and so on.And I analyse the key elements in this paper.Firstly,the LNG filling system structure has been designed as well as the pump pool cryogenic insulation form,the material of pump pool is stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 and the form of high vacuum multilayer insulation has been selected.I also design the motor bracket,a pump bracket and other related parts,and select the relevant components.Then I design the seal of LNG filling system,the seal of the coupling is the rotating spring seal,the seal of the pipe is spring seal,and the seal of temperature sensor is PTFE O ring.In the paper,I has mapped the submersible pump,used Solidworks software to model and used ANSYS simulation software to analyse the submersible pump transient thermal,I obtain the temperature variation curves of the submerged pump at the temperature of-162.Then,I analyse the thermal structure coupling,and conclude the results of the deformation of submersible pump end clearance and diametral clearance is in a reasonable scope,through the analysis of the submersible pump deformation,and submersible pump end and diameter gap change quantity.The submersible pump can work normally at the temperature of-162.I map the LNG filling gun,use Solidworks software to model,drawing out the three-dimensional drawing of the LNG filling gun.And I analyse the leakage’s damage of the LNG filling gun’s use,the reasons for LNG leakage and the seal form of the LNG filling gun. |
