With the increase of the total energy consumption,the deterioration of the environment and the shortage of energy have become the main problems of the society.According to the climatic characteristics in cold area,how to building energy saving design,and meet the construction requirements,cold insulation,heating has become the main problem in the design considerations.Sensitivity analysis method is one of the most important methods to optimize the parameters of building design,and it is also a common method to determine the sensitive parameters of building energy consumption.Regression analysis method in the analysis of the sensitivity,using standard regression coefficient to compare the sensitivity of design variables on building energy consumption;local sensitivity analysis using predictive variable effects on building energy consumption trends and reasonable range.The purpose is to find the main design variables that affect the energy consumption of office buildings in cold regions,and to provide theoretical basis for energy saving design standards of super low energy consumption green buildings in cold regions.This paper first through the domestic and foreign literature,understand the domestic and international building energy saving green building energy saving design technology research and development status.Secondly,the basic principle and application steps of sensitivity analysis are introduced.Sensitivity analysis methods include local and global sensitivity analysis methods.The global sensitivity analysis method is realized by regression analysis,screening analysis,basic variance analysis and meta model analysis.In order to combine sensitivity analysis with building energy consumption,the wall heat transfer function algorithm(CTF)was used to calculate energy consumption in EnergyPlus energy consumption simulation software,and the results were numerically analyzed by Matlab.Taking the office buildings in cold regions as the research object,Rhino Grasshopper parametric 3D modeling software was used to build the building model.Determine 9 design variables,using EnergyPlus for energy consumption calculation.This paper uses multiple regression analysis as the analysis method,calculated by the Matlab linear regression equation,regression coefficient as compared to the standard design variables sensitivity index,determine the main influence on the energy consumption of office buildings in severe cold region variables.According to the main influence variables,the influence trend of each variable on building energy consumption is studied by local sensitivity analysis.At the same time,the data are further quantized to get the range of energy saving potential which each model can obtain.After comparing with the provisions of "energy efficiency design standards for public buildings",the range of value obtained is far less than that stipulated in the standard.Finally,taking an energy-saving office building in Shenyang Construction University as an example,based on the above conclusions,the energy-saving design.Simulation results show that the annual energy consumption value than the "public building energy efficiency design standards"provisions of energy-saving 39%.Therefore,it not only proves the rationality of the sensitivity analysis method,but also proves the universality and scientificity of the research results.
