In the past decade,China's express delivery industry has experienced explosive growth,and the express delivery market has transformed from the flow market to the stock market.At the same time,the expansion of middle-income groups will bring about continuous consumption escalation,and consumers will have higher requirements for delivery time.The international logistics market driven has also caused a further increase in the demand for air cargo.Several leading companies have increased their investment in air transport.With the increase in the number of flights,excessive ground taxiing and waiting times before flights leave will result in significant fuel consumption and pollution.In this context,the following optimization and simulation studies are performed in this paper.The airport ground system of cargo airport is the object in this paper.First,this paper analyzes the airport ground operation process from the perspective of aircraft and cargo.A distinction is made between the cargo hub airport and the passenger airport,and the main features of the cargo plane push control are summarized.Then,the principle of event schedule method is used to determine the runway and plane push time.The aircraft scheduling optimization model with the shortest time was established and the aircraft push control plan was proposed.This paper builds a simulation model based on network topology.The simulation model is composed of aircraft agent,aircraft scheduling agent,runway agent and main agent,and is responsible for implementing the operation of the aircraft in the model,scheduling the aircraft,constructing runway,and constructing the main simulation interface.Various agents construct simulation models through mutual Scheduling.Finally,the optimization of the aircraft push is proved to be effective.A comparative analysis was conducted from the perspectives of departure flight waiting time,waiting time,aircraft presence time and runway.The conclusions drawn by this paper mainly include two aspects.Firstly,Runway assignment rule through the event schedule method was established,which shifts the waiting time of the aircraft at the entrance of the runway to the parking stand.This provides the enterprise with a plan to reduce the cost of aircraft operation.In the second aspect,this paper uses the reasonable assignment of the runway to balance the runway within any period of time and solves the problem of unbalanced runway utilization.
