Research On International Railway Transportation By Special Service Vehicle

In recent years,China has become the world's second-largest economy with the rapid development of economy.Under the whole world economic malaise,China has put forward the "One Belt One Road" national strategy at an opportune moment that to achieve the great goals of develop and benefit both sides by the closer multi-field cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road.In the term of international railway transportation,began in 2013,China has open such big amount international liner train routes that achieved good effect on improving the economic and trade contact with peripheral countries.Meanwhile,as the transporting equipment of some specific goods,railway special vehicle have the unique advantages compare with traditional container transporting mode which can be advantageous and tremendous potentiality on the international transportation.This paper described the history and current situation of the commercial vehicles transportation by China railway under the background of the current era,and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of carry out the international transportation by China railway.After that make the analysis and study laid emphasis on commercial vehicle transportation by special car-carrier wagon,that design the transport program by special railway vehicle base on the current traditional transporting mode.Compare with the traditional mode by scientific study methods such as using the way of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis that got the new transporting mode's advantage and existing problem.Finally make the optimization scheme and rationalization proposal to resolve the problem.This paper provides a reference for the new mode of the commercial vehicles international transportation,it has a certain guiding significance for the developing of the railway special vehicle international transportation.
