Research On The Application Of Bill Electronic System Based On Transportation Information Integration Platform

Railway freight transportation is one of the main modes of transportation in China.In recent years,with the large-scale construction and development of the railway,the freight volume of the railway keeps increasing,and the amount of transportation bills used in the whole transportation process also keeps increasing,which virtually increases the cost of the entire transportation and reduces the transportation efficiency.Because the railway transportation process involves the cooperation and information exchange among multiple departments and units,the traditional operation mode has restricted the development of railway freight transportation.With the construction of railway informatization for many years,various business systems have been applied to their respective business fields,which has promoted the reform of railway freight transportation organization mode.Traditional operation mode is no longer suitable for modern logistics enterprises,so it will become the mainstream trend to promote the construction of electronic bill system and change the traditional operation mode.This paper analyzes the current operation links and organizational modes of railway freight transportation,and takes the information system involved in business management in the whole transportation process as the entry point.First of all,it analyzes the business links,business processes and bills involved in these links and the circulation process of bills.Secondly,it analyzes the railway transport information system involved in the process of multi-unit and multi-department division and cooperation in railway transport,and analyzes the role of each information system,as well as the flow of information flow in the whole transport process.Secondly,it introduces the transport information integration platform.Starting from the overall structure,it analyzes the flow process of information flow on the integration platform,and emphatically introduces the data collection method of the integration platform and the data service management system,which is the basis of the bill electronic system.Then,the paper introduces the bill electronic system based on the transport information integration platform,analyzes the system architecture design,technical architecture,network scheme,basic dictionary and interface specification,and elaborates the changes brought about by the bill electronic system.Finally,the paper focuses on the application system based on bill electronic system,namely the real-time tracking and early warning application system of railway vehicles and goods,and introduces the overall architecture,functional design scheme and network design scheme of the application system.The function of system application module is introduced and the model building and algorithm of each application module are described.This paper summarizes the interface of the external system involved in the system and the Service interface that can be provided after the system is built,and expounds the key technologies involved in the process of system construction.The key technologies mainly include big data storage and processing technology,Web Service technology and so on.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference ideas for the improvement of electronic bill system and the application development of electronic bill system.
