The railway logistics center is the key link in the railway freight system and bears the cargo turnover function in the entire freight system.The modern railway logistics center is a railway logistics center with multi-functional,multi-category goods,and a variety of transport modes integrated and transported by integrating modern logistics concepts into the railway logistics center.Functional layout planning is an important task in the design and planning process of a railway logistics center.The rationality of planning may affect the operational efficiency,logistics costs,and shipper satisfaction within the center.Therefore,a reasonable planning and layout of its functional areas is required.In the layout process,on the one hand,the total internal handling costs must be considered,and on the other hand,the interrelationships between functional areas should also be considered.Therefore,this paper aims at minimizing the total transportation cost of the railway logistics center and maximizing the interrelationship.It proposes a layout model of the modern railway logistics center function area based on the improved SLP,and realizes the multi-angle layout of the functional area,which makes the final program more close to the actual demand,increase the rationality of the program.The content of this article is mainly divided into the following sections:First,it outlines the basic theory related to the layout of the railway logistics center.Explain the concept of railway logistics centers and classify them according to different criteria.The function of the modern railway logistics center should be divided,and the principles for the planning and construction of the railway logistics center should be determined.Through the study of the layout patterns of the general logistics plans for domestic and international railway logistics centers,the advantages and disadvantages of various models are analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the next step in layout optimization.Secondly,the layout model of the railway logistics center function area based on the improved SLP is proposed,and the corresponding micro-evolution algorithm is designed to solve the model.By improving the existing defects of the SLP method,the constraints of the horizontal or vertical arrangement of the functional areas in the traditional layout model must be broken,and the optimization model of the railway logistics center layout considering multiple angles should be constructed using the layout of the functional area as a decision variable.The application scope of the model is more extensive,and the layout scheme obtained is more in line with actual needs and more reasonable.The micro-evolutionary algorithm is designed to solve the functional layout model of railway logistics center.Because it is based on the characteristic of preserving dominant gene structure,the model is more efficient in solving problems.Then,we studied the layout of the functional areas by taking the example of an extra-large freight yard at Xiamen Qianchang railway.Through the functional area layout of the ultra-large freight yard at Qianchang railway,the improved SLP layout model was tested.In order to verify that the micro-evolution algorithm's retention strategy based on dominant gene structure can obtain the optimal solution more efficiently,a comparative analysis method is used to compare the micro-evolution algorithm and the genetic algorithm respectively.The results show that the micro-evolution algorithm is effective in solving the problem.Advantages.Finally,the simulation and analysis of the layout scheme of the extra-large freight yard in Qianchang railway was carried out using the facility equipment configuration and operation simulation software of the railway logistics center station.By comparing the simulation results with the layout solutions based on artificial buckling and expert scoring,it is found that the layout scheme solved by the improved SLP model has obvious advantages in the smoothness of internal traffic flow lines,and further validates the effectiveness of the optimization model and algorithm in this paper.
