| With the rapid development of high-speed railway,China’s railway passenger transport has undergone tremendous changes.The passenger stations are more three-dimensional,the passenger service facilities are more diversified.At the same time,passengers’ demands for convenience,rapidity,and comfort are increasingly increasing.The pursuit of facilities utilization efficiency and operational efficiency by railway transportation companies is more clear.The high-speed railway station is a passenger flow distribution node.The basic configuration and operation and opening of facilities and equipment not only affect the railway efficiency and benefits,but also have a significant impact on passenger service quality.Based on the premise of meeting the passenger service standards,this paper systematically studies the problem of the capability matching of configuration and open service facilities for passenger entry flow in high-speed railway station.The details are as follows:1.Systematic analysis of passenger travel characteristics of high-speed railway passengers and passenger flow organization characteristics.Based on the analysis of the passenger travel characteristics and the arrival rules of passenger flow,combined with the characteristics of high-speed railway station facilities and streamlines,the paper puts forward the key points of the passenger flow organization in different periods.2.Build the passenger service facilities capability model based on passengers’luggage.This paper selects the security check,ticket check and escalator which are the main service in the departure station as research object.According to the amount of luggage carried,passengers are divided into four categories,the utilization rate of the escalator and the time needed for different types of passengers to pass the security check and ticket check is obtained through field research.Then the capability model of security check,ticket check and escalator based on passenger luggage structure is constructed.The security check is subdivided into "luggage security check" and "body security check",and focus on the matching relationship between them.3.Construct the capability matching model of the serial device on the streamline.In this paper,the passenger flow line can be regarded as a series between different kinds of devices,and a matching model is proposed based on this.From the point of view of station and passenger,the evaluation index is designed."Time matching degree between body security check and luggage check" is the important index to measure matching-relationship of the internal security check.4.Take Shanghai Hongqiao station as an example for analysis.Firstly studies its passenger flow characteristics and facilities status,and obtains capability of service facilities for passenger entry flow under different passenger structure;Using MATLAB to study the arrival law of passengers,it is found that it obeys lognormal distribution.Combined with the train schedule,the real-time input of each moment is calculated through the Python language programming,which is used as the input of security check simulation.Then use Anylogic build security simulation model to study the matching degree between "body security check and luggage check" and "passenger flow and security check".By the simulation,finds change body security check speed and walking distance can improve the time matching degree between body security check and luggage check;The"S" shape queuing channel is designed to increase the security queue space,and the best opening scheme of security channels in each period is obtained through simulation.Finally,based on the dynamic capability matching relationship between the ticket check facilities and escalator,the ticket check scheme is designed,and all three schemes can guarantee to complete the ticket check in 15 minutes.According to the structure characteristics of Hongqiao station,it is suggested that stop checking the ticket should not be late than 3 minutes before departure time. |
