Research On The Compilation And Application Of Engineering Cost Information In China

The determination of project cost information is very important to the management of construction cost.The cost information of this paper mainly includes cost index and price information of production factors.However,due to some reasons,the compilation and distribution of project cost information in our country can not meet the requirements of the participants in the project construction,which is not conducive to the determination and control of the project cost.Based on the theory of production factors and comprehensive cost management theory,from the perspective of different engineering project cost information architecture,and then adopt the method of effective preparation of production factors,engineering cost index and engineering cost price index,the participation of all parties of construction works is of important guiding significance.At present,the project is becoming more and more and the cost information collected more and more,in the process of cost information using big data processing mode,to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data processing.This paper introduces the engineering cost information when preparing method,based on the constructed information of completed project cost data,compares the foreign engineering cost information within the first release of the subject,the content of the project cost information and pricing basis,learned that at present our country some problems of the project cost information management,and other engineering cost valuation model significance to our country.Then introduces the factors of production price information in accordance with the relevant theory,engineering cost index and index of the structure and content,enables the different project demand to have a macro understanding of the project cost information.The preparation method of engineering cost information is studied.In introduce the establishment method of the engineering cost index,with Beijing housing project cost information collected as the data source,carried out in accordance with the project phase of the various factors influencing the construction cost family composition analysis,with the aid of MATLAB to calculate the data,the main parameters that influence the housing construction cost composition,introduces how to use the methods of main component to determine the project cost.This paper also introduces the preparation method of factor price and the compilation method of engineering cost index.Finally,from the perspective of the actual demand of project participants,this paper introduces the application of engineering cost information,to the actual project cost management has great guiding significance.
