Cylindrical sine-tooth worm gear reducer has the advantages of uncomplicated structure,small overall size and strong impact resistance compared with traditional movable tooth reducer.However,the traditional oscillating tooth drive design process is rather complicated,with high labor cost and long design cycle..In order to reduce its design workload and shorten its design cycle,a method of combining the parametric design of a cylindrical sine gear reducer with a virtual prototype technology was proposed.Firstly,the status quo of research on cylindrical sinusoidal living teeth is investigated,and some existing deficiencies are summarized;the theoretical basis is studied,and the minimum radius of curvature formula,transmission ratio formula,etc.are deduced;on this basis,it is determined.With its specific structure,SolidWorks 3D modeling software is used to realize 3D modeling and assembly of cylindrical sine-tooth gear reducer components.Based on the principles and methods of secondary development of SolidWorks software,the functions of the system are designed including parameter design and 3D construction of parts.Modular,complete machine assembly and other modules;in the above modules,the most critical is the system parameter design,use VB6.0 to write the program code of its theoretical calculation formula,to realize the intelligent calculation and verification of its parameter design;The module of this module is a method that combines the macro functions of VB6.0 and SolidWorks,and uses VB6.0 to write a program to control the system parameters calculated before the SolidWorks software call to perform three-dimensional modeling of parts and assembly of the whole model;finally,The3 D model in SolidWorks was imported into ADAMS software,and its dynamic simulation analysis was analyzed.The movement and force characteristics of the model under different working conditions.The research results show that with the macro function of VB6.0 and SolidWorks,the parametric design of cylindrical sine gear reducer can be realized.The feasibility of the parametric modeling system is validated by the dynamic simulation of the whole model by ADAMS software.This study provides a reference for the parametric design study of a cylindrical sine gear reducer and provides a very important basis for future vibration analysis,optimization design,and life analysis.
