On the basis of involute K-H-V planetary transmission, the movable teeth transmission is developed as a new-type gear transmission. Roller movable teeth reducer is evolved out on the basis of harmomic gear reducer and cycloidal gear reducer. Due to its particular principle and excellent performance, more attentions were paid to the studies on the movable teeth transmission. This paper analysised the movable teeth document of transmission, researched the roller movable teeth transmission performance. In order to get a big transmission radio, we connect multistage roller movable teeth reducer and add the axial size and reduce the radial size, meet different structure needs. Besides existing the single transmission questions, two grades of reducer have other problems, such as dimension coordinate, transmission radio distribute, power flow direction and balancing. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, we have carried on the theory to study the movable teeth reducer, with optimize idea design one reducer and manufacture it, solved the practical problems in processing and manufacturing, carried on experimental study to the prototype of the machine finally.We have derived the wave device and the equation of contacting on the basis of the gear mash theory. Make the computer program and analyse the characteristic of the shape curve, and derive out the relative speed equation of the center wheel, simplify the design process. This paper also research the force performance, work out every stress of major part and calculate the force formula, and find the best stressed state, base for the next design of the movable teeth transmission.Carry on the theoretical research of the pairs of rollers movable teeth reducer, analyse its connection forms, and its different transmission, efficiency and receiving calculation formula of strength. Analysed the efficiency of the reducer.Optimize the pairs of rollers movable teeth transmission. Carry on CAD to every component part, make entity's modeling on the three-dimensional software platform, and propose the virtual prototype of the machine. In order to solve the problems that while manufacturing, we have carried on CAD especially in processing the most difficult center wheel, for the first time to work out the shape of the centre teeth on the numerical control lathe without the special-purpose lathe and special jig.In general, this paper is in the course of whole research in line with designing for first, manufacture by feasible principle, the main design question of the rolling movableteeth reducer organization has offered deep demonstration, discuss its processing manufacturing approach, establish sure foundation for the next research.
