Research On Spatial Layout Design Strategy Of Urban Residential Community In China Based On Hierarchical Theory

With the increase of national income and cultural level,the development of residential communities has also reached a new stage.The rich material basis and advanced technical theory can make the development of residential communities more possibilities.Nowadays,the determinant spatial layout of the residential community meets the development and needs of the society and the country,so this form occupies the dominant position of the spatial layout of the residential community in China.However,from the perspective of development,we need to explore more forms of residential communities to enrich the spatial shape of the city,provide residents with more choices,and provide valuable opinions and references for the future development of residential communities.Taking this as a starting point,the paper takes the spatial layout of the residential community as the research object,uses the layered theory to design the spatial layout of the residential community,and based on the in-depth study of the relevant theory of the spatial layout of the residential community,proposes the spatial level of the residential community.Layout design strategy.The main contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)Through on-the-spot investigations and studies on theories related to the spatial distribution of residential quarters at home and abroad,it is believed that the spatial layout of residential quarters in China still has a lot of room for development and more exploration and research should be conducted.The spatial layout design of the residential community formed under the guidance of the hierarchical theory can be based on the different needs of the residential population of the community to divide the overall spatial distribution of the community,and form targeted spatial levels with different functions.This can fully meet the living needs of different resident groups in the community and improve the living experience.You can also enrich the spatial environment of residential communities through a hierarchical spatial layout and inject new vitality into the overall spatial shape of the city.(2)Apply hierarchical theory to the spatial layout design of residential quarters and propose a design strategy for hierarchical spatial layout of residential quarters:First,a holistic design strategy.In the design process,the residential quarter and the surrounding environment should be combined to make the urban environment and living.Community organic integration.Followed by the hierarchical strategy,according to the hierarchical theory,the whole space of the residential community is divided into different spatial levels.The diversity of spatial levels can be targeted to meet the needs of different residential groups in the community.The last is a coherence strategy.When the space of residential communities under the guidance of the hierarchical theory is coherent,the different spatial levels are linked through the road to form an organic whole with a distinct spatial structure.(3)The spatial layout design of residential quarters under the guidance of hierarchical theory can make the spatial structure of the residential area clear and structured,and reasonably meet the needs of different residential groups for residential communities.It can also form the diversity of residential space forms,improve the living comfort of the occupants and the experience of the space environment.It also provides new ideas and development directions for the layout planning of residential communities.
