Research On The Design And Clevelopment Of Value-added Services In Modern Railway Logistics Park

With the continuous development and improvement of railway,the main contradiction of railway transportation in China has been transformed from the contradiction between transportation capacity and transport energy into the contradiction between the service demand upgrading and the unbalance of transport supply.As far as railway freight is concerned,the contradiction between the upgrading of customers’ market oriented demand and the single service function of the railway freight yard is becoming more and more prominent.To solve this problem,we should deepen the structural reform of transport supply side,provide more and better function of value-added service,expand the supply of high quality,meet the needs of customers and improve the quality of service.In order to do well the design and development of value-added service function of railway modern logistics park,this paper analyzed the current situation of railway freight transport and the demand for value-added services of customers.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper identified value-added service function that customers consider the most urgent,meanwhile,experts and practitioners consider the most practical.Then,based on a center:"take customer demand as the center" and highlight two basic points,"improve service quality,make large freight revenue",and design three kinds of value-added service functions:"logistics port function","logistics finance function" and"logistics consulting function".By analyzing the factors to be taken into account,the function,and this paper have designed value-added service functional business processes.At the same time,the paper also describes the additional input needed for the realization of functions.Third,in order to do a good job,based on fuzzy evaluation method and SERVQUAL evaluation method,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of value-added services.By considering the relevant factors that affect the effectiveness of value-added service products,a dynamic pricing model of value-added service products in modern logistics park is formed.Finally,the value added service function is designed by a specific example,and the results of dynamic pricing of value-added service products are calculated,and the concrete operation scheme is provided for the basic practice.
