In recent years,with the rapid development of the various modes of transportation,transportation market change fast,enormous implications for railway freight management benefit,the railway freight as large capacity,low price,long distance transportation security mode of transportation,is an effective way to realize the bulk cargo transportation,has been in the freight market occupy the important status in our country.Reasonable freight pricing decision and train operation decision are the key factors to improve the economic benefits of railway freight,China's current government-guided pricing mechanism cannot fully adapt to the competitive environment of the transport market,which will not only affect the operating efficiency of railway transport companies,but also inhibit the advantages of railway freight in the competition of the freight market.As the core of traffic flow organization,the train operation plan can not only reduce the operating cost and improve the transportation efficiency,but also improve the service level of railway operating companies.With the change of China's railway freight pricing policy and the development trend of railway transport marketization,the development of scientific and flexible railway freight pricing decisions and train operation decisions has become an important direction of research.Therefore,the main research direction of this paper is the comprehensive optimization scheme of railway bulk cargo pricing decision and train operation decision,and the core content is as follows:First of all,based on the freight pricing mechanism and management of railway operation on the basis of existing research,put forward a unified pricing decision which based on the Transport route and cargo type,give full consideration to the road network transport capacity limits,competition in the transport market and the behavior of customers choose the mode of transportation and other factors,established a bilevel programming model for railway freight uniform pricing and train operation decision making.Secondly,it puts forward the differential pricing decision based on different standards of road network transportation path,type of goods and type of train equipment.On the basis of the original factors,it introduces the price response line function of railway transportation sharing quantity and establishes the comprehensive optimization bilevel programming model of differential pricing and train operation decision.Then,according to the characteristics of the model,the original dual principle is designed to simplify the model,and the branch and bound method is used to solve the model.Then,on the basis of the branch and bound solution algorithm,the inequality which strengthens the correlation between differential pricing and freight volume decision variables is proposed to optimize the algorithm,so that the model solution is more accurate than the original algorithm.Finally,this paper selects the transportation network under the jurisdiction of S railway bureau as an example to verify the feasibility of the optimization model through calculation and analysis of the two models.The model can provide technical support for railway transportation companies to make the train operation decision with the maximum operation benefit,and make the differential pricing decision with the best profit for each train operation plan.Strengthening the correlation inequality between differential pricing and freight volume decision variables can effectively reduce the integral gap of the root node of the branch and bound algorithm and improve the solving accuracy of the algorithm.
