Fujian province is the main production area of motor in the whole country.In 2016,the output value of the province was more than 100 billion yuan,and the annual output value of components such as motor shell and shaft was also close to ten billion.Although the motor industry in Fujian has already formed a certain scale,it is still labor-intensive.At present,there are about 100 thousand workers in the motor parts processing industry in the province.With the increase of output,the contradiction between labor demand and labor shortage will inevitably be highlighted,which seriously affects the upgrading of the entire motor industry.This research is part of Fujian science and technology planning project"flexible manufacturing unit and automatic production line of motor parts".The project aims to establish an automatic production line,which is composed of 4 sets of six degrees of freedom industrial robots,2 sets of full function CNC lathes,1 set of four axis linkage vertical machining centers and 1 set of rolling machines,and equipped with 3 sets of conveying devices.,for the motor end cover.This paper mainly develops the assembly and control system of the automatic line.First,starting from the processing technology of the motor end cap machine,using the "industrial engineering" technology and the ECRS principle,this paper designs the processing technology of the production line,calculates the production rate and the load coefficient of the equipment,and puts it into the Flexsim software to simulate the more ideal results,and verifies the improvement of the process.Secondly,according to the steps of production process,the selection of machining equipment and the layout of automatic line are completed.2 sets of robot claw,machining center drilling and tapping jig each 1 sets are designed,which can be used with the automatic production line.Thirdly,the conveying device between the processes is designed.There are 3 segments of the same conveyor line.With the sensor,the exact location of the work piece(end cover)can be realized.There are three conveyor line which are equiped with the sensor,so that the exact location of the work piece can be realized.Finally,the project group set up the software and hardware system of the master control based on Guangzhou PLC(GPC1000).This paper is involved in the layout of the line map and the design of software part.It mainly aims at the programming and configuration of the subsystems of each process,including the programming of the positioning system,the abnormal alarm system and the machining equipment linkage system.The results of this paper have been successfully applied to the whole project to realize the automatic processing of the whole production process.It is expected that the annual output of the single production line can reach 100 thousand,which is 35%higher than that of the traditional human machine production.
