Winter snowfall makes many roads and urban roads a serious ice problem,which not only affects traffic safety,but also reduces road traffic capacity and transport efficiency,which has brought serious impact on road safety and economic development in China.The rubber particle asphalt pavement has high elasticity.The surface ice and snow are eliminated by the concentrated stress of the asphalt pavement under the external vehicle load,which can improve the snow ice in the road area and provide a new method to solve the problem.But at present,the research on the failure mechanism of rubber particle mixture at home and abroad,as well as the ice and snow ability and the structure of the deicer pavement which is suitable for the rubber particle mixture,is still not enough.(1)Design and Performance Research of rubber particle asphalt mixture.Aggregate volume design method aiming at the rubber asphalt mixture is proposed to optimize the embedment,and through the test performance of asphalt mixture,it is found that the rubber particles asphalt mixture at high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture is more than common advantage,although the water stability and anti-flying as the common asphalt mixture but still meet the requirements of the use of standard.(2)The meso analysis of rubber particle asphalt mixture based on discrete element method.The discrete element model of the mixture is established.Based on the meso scale,the characteristics of mechanical and deformation of continuous graded and interrupted graded rubber particle asphalt mixture under external loads are calculated.From the microscopic perspective,the fundamental reasons for the breakage of rubber particle asphalt pavement surface are found.It is found that the load carrying capacity of continuous graded rubber particle asphalt mixture is weaker than that of interrupted graded rubber particle asphalt mixture under external load,but the deformation is larger than that of discontinuous gradation.(3)Research on the structure of rubber granular asphalt deicing pavement.The structure of the rubber particles asphalt pavement layer were analyzed to determine the four typical asphalt pavement structure,pavement structure and the establishment of finite element model,analyzed the mechanical response of pavement structure under different load of ice in the study found that the rubber particles-16 as upper layer,AC-20 grain type asphalt concrete as the middle layer,AC-25 coarse asphalt concrete as the bottom layer,cement stabilized gravel for grass-roots,the equivalent of cement stabilized gravel at the bottom of the base asphalt pavement structure under ice has the maximum stress,the deicing performance is the best.(4)Research on the ability and effect of rubber particle asphalt mixture to remove ice and snow.Respectively,forming the content of rubber particles 0%,1%,2%,3% specimens of asphalt mixture material,indoor ice and snow removing test instrument under test specimen surface swing value at different temperatures and the number of rolling conditions(BPN),by BPN and BPN weighted average recovery rate index to quantitatively describe the average recovery in addition to ice mixture,with the increase of the admixture of ice capability has been enhanced in the mixture,but when the temperature drops to a certain extent the ability of removing snow will disappear.
