Constructing Evaluation System Of Public Green Space Landscape In Villas Based On The Sense Of Belonging Of Residents

Pointed out that "create a better life for the people of the nineteen big reports of the party,is the only way which must be passed" socialist modernization ",always put the people's yearning for a better life as the goal of".The construction of the villa area is the need for people to yearn for a better life.It is no longer a symbol and symbol of status status,but now more is the pursuit of people's high quality life,becoming more and more popular,humanized and individualized.However,there are a seriesof social problems behind these optimistic realities.In the research on the landscape design of villas,people only pay attention to the landscape design of the private courtyard of the villa,but ignore the public green space landscape,so that the public space of the villa is very short of public space,lack of vitality and vitality.It causes indifference among residents,lack of sense of security,and residents often feel lonely and so on,resulting in a lack of sense of belonging.The main reason for these problems is to ignore the residents' demand for the psychological behavior of the living environment.This kind of problems caused by the lack of belonging should arouse the attention of the society and further explore the research in order to help the construction and development of the villas and provide an ideal living environment for the people.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign research status of residents' sense of belonging and the landscape of public green space in villas,and makes a survey and Analysis on the landscape of public green space and the sense of belonging of the domestic villas,and puts forward the existing problems.On this basis,the research contents and methods are determined.After the study of the basic theory and the definition of the sense of belonging of the residents and the landscape of the public green space in the villa area,the elements of the sense of belonging of the residents and the landscape of the public green space in the villa area are clearly defined,and the relationship between them is analyzed.On this basis,the primary evaluation index of public green space landscape in villas area based on the sense of belonging of residents was screened,and the final evaluation index was obtained through the questionnaire survey of the consultants and the residents in the villa area.Then,through the analytic hierarchy process,a landscape evaluation system of public green space in villas based on Residents' sense of belonging is constructed.Then,using the expert method to get the weight evaluation matrix,the square root method is used to calculate the weight set to determine the weight distribution,and the weight distribution results are analyzed.Finally,on the basis of fully understanding the distribution and construction of the villa area in Fuzhou,three villas with high occupancy rate and different landscape features in Fuzhou are selected to carry on the field investigation.The SD method is used to evaluate the villas.After the comprehensive analysis of the results,the Countermeasures of landscape optimization are put forward.This study hopes to provide ideas and theoretical basis for the related research through the construction of public green space landscape evaluation system based on the sense of home ownership,and guide the concrete practice of the landscape design of public green space based on the sense of belonging of the residents,and further improve the humanized design of the public green space landscape in the villa district.To better respond to the vision put forward by General Secretary Xi to realize the people's better life.
