| Straddle-Monorail Translation is a form of the seven Urban Rail Transit.There is a special type of steel structure of Straddle-Monorail Translation transportation system which is the Straddle-Monorail Switch.Straddle-Monorail Switch beam makes the overall switch action in the case of electrical machinery driving using clean electric energy,and forms para-position with PC beam or the next switch beam finishing the straddle type monorail train orbit motion under the aid of Locking device.As a new type of rail transportation equipment,it should have performances such as high safety,reliability,durability,maintainability and so on.Based on original design,3D models of Straddle-Monorail Pivot Equilateral Turnout Switch ’s components and assembly drawing are created by So lidWorks software;then loads acting on the switch in the actual operation are computed systematically;Static analysis of Switch Beam and Trolley body is done by finite element analysis sofeware ANSYS;evaluations and modification are made according to relevant standards;model analysis are made for Straddle-Monorail Pivot Equilateral Turnout Switches after verification;the natural frequency and vibration characteristics are analyzed in the cases of free mode and consraained to avoid the rigidity influence of the resonance and load on switch beam stricture;in addition,the test schemes of Pivot Switches’ Static Analysis and Dynamic Analysisis are designed according to the working stress of beam. |
