Research On Coordinated Development Of Construction Industry And National Economy

As a pillar industry of national economy,construction industry is inseparable from national economy and social development.During the transformation and development of national economy,the construction industry is stable,balanced and coordinated,which is the only way for the construction industry to realize sustainable development.To study the development of the construction industry and the national economy,it is helpful for the innovation and supply of construction products to guide the national economy to consume construction products and then to influence the demand of construction products.Firstly,this article based on the principle and method of system dynamics,quantitative definition of construction industry and national economy coordinated development.Using the production function method and the input-output table in2000-2012,estimates of the present status of the construction industry development mode,this paper through compares and study,founding that more than 20 years construction development model does not appear essential changes,the development model is still cannot change with macro environment automatic adjustment.By contrast,the construction industry,due to the inherent defects of its existing development model cannot actively adapt to the macro-economic development without damaging its own productivity.And then this article uses the 2005-2014 statistical data and the structural equation model to study different aspects of construction,economic level of the effect of the national economy,the results show that the technical level,efficiency,scale level has significant effects on the growth of the national economy,the influence of market structure on the national economy growth is relatively weak,and no significant market structure and industrial performance levels.The relationship between the building industry,civil engineering construction industry,building installation industry,building decoration industry and other construction industry and the national economy is evaluated quantitatively by using correlation analysis.It is found that the scale of each subdivision industry is the most relevant to the development of the national economy,efficiency and technical level and the level of benefits and the correlation degree of slightly less than.Based on this,the author puts forward suggestions on industrial development,reforming the development model of the construction industry,namely,the establishment of flexible production model enables the construction industry toadapt to the national economic,promoting the transformation of construction industry to connotative development.The structural transformation and upgrading of the construction subdivision industry is to promote the balanced and coordinated development of the subdivision industry,the market structure and the subdivision industrial structure unifies the adjustment,createing in-service project service.Adhere to the principle of steady development,and this paper explores the way to achieve balanced and coordinated development of China's construction industry.
