Study On The Design Of Shared Space For Underground Commercial Buildings

With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the density of urban construction has reached a new height,and the resulting tension in urban construction land has become increasingly serious.Three-dimensional development has become the focus of our attention.At the same time,the industry has begun to explore the urban underground space in order to solve the problem of urban tension and high density.With the increasing practice of underground commercial buildings,people are increasingly demanding the quality of underground commercial building shared space.However,there are still many deficiencies in the shared space of underground commercial buildings in terms of physical and psychological environment.It is worth our attention.Reflections on the Design of Shared Spaces for Underground Commercial Buildings.As a "soul space" for underground commercial buildings,the shared space has a novel and versatile form.Through the rational use of it,the physical environment,psychological environment and cultural environment of underground commercial buildings can be greatly improved,and the quality of underground commercial buildings can be improved.This paper first elaborates the underground commercial building shared space and its related concepts.Based on this,it classifies it from two aspects of type and layout.At the same time,combining the results of field research,it analyzes the current status of the underground commercial building shared space-The lack of environmental comfort,poor spatial experience,and lack of cultural attachment.Secondly,the author discusses the space of underground commercial buildings from the three aspects of nature,form and function,and proposes the principles of ecological,experiential and cultural design of shared space for underground commercial buildings,and summarizes them from the three levels of physiology,psychology and culture.A design strategy for the sharing space of underground commercial buildings.Finally,combined with the project of underground commercial complex in Wuyuan Bay,Xiamen,the paper validates the design strategy summarized in this paper and explores the design method of underground commercial building sharing space.It is hoped that the research results of this article will have a certain guiding role in the design of the underground commercial building sharing space in the future.
