Research On The Functional Replacement Strategies Of Industrial Heritage From The Perspective Of Adaptation To Aging

The Industry of China started late,but since the Westernization Movement has lasted for more than one hundred years,the modern industry has made remarkable progress.Especially after the founding of new China,the domestic industry has been developing rapidly.In twenty-first Century,some of the big cities of China carry out the policy of "retreat into three",in order to achieve greater development and promote the old city core area of industrial transferring to the suburbs.Therefore,it leaves large amounts of urban core land and the city's industrial heritage.At the same time,it results in the problem of population aging,due to the healthy development of population scale,the implementation of the family planning policy,coupled with the improvement of medical level and the prolongation of the average life span of the population.Based on the two major problems in our country,this paper puts forward the conception of the adaptation of industrial heritage.into old-age buildongs and demonstrates its feasibility in all directions.Then it puts forward the corresponding functional replacement strategies and specific transformation design methods,in order to arouse the attention of the field of architecture,and provides valuable references for subsequent theoretical researches and the practices of building reconstruction.This paper is divided into 5 parts:The first part(including the first and second chapters):This paper summarizes the origin,background,content,purpose,value and method,and focuses on the existing theories of functional replacement of industrial heritage and the old-age building design.The second part(third chapter):It puts forward the question.It puts forward the two difficult problems of our country:the way of Industrial Heritage Reuse and the pension pressure brought by the aging of the population.Then it explores the causes,contradictions and current situation of the two major problems from multiple angles.The third part(the fourth chapter):the analysis of the problem.Based on the discussion on the two problems in the second part,it puts forward the new mode of transformation of industrial heritage,and proves the feasibility of industrial heritage transfroming into old-age buildings from the 5 aspects of the aged will,current situation of the pension industry,the scale of pension industry,overlap of time and space dimensions,the similarities of building and social emotional factors.The fourth part(including the fifth and sixth chapters):to solve the problem.This part is the core part of the paper,based on the previous research of guiding strategy(Chapter fifth)the detailed design method(Chapter sixth).It promotes the research into concrete measures and architectural design level.The fifth part(seventh chapter):try and verify.According to the need of research it selects the Shimin Building of Guangzhou cement plant and plastic machinery factory of Henan Suiping as design cases.They respectively represent the non productive space and the productive space in the industrial heritage.It uses differential design method,because of their different festures.Through the study of the design strategy of the two cases,it presents the previous research content in a concise and clear way.
