Research On Information Resources Management Capability Of Construction Enterprises Under Project Circumstances

In recent years,China's construction industry has achieved great development,while due to the extensive development mode of construction companies has not changed,which results in low production efficiency and lacks of core competitiveness of these companies.Therefore,the overall construction industry's profitability is generally low.One of the reasons for this is that the construction industry does not recognize the importance of information resources for improving the competitiveness of enterprises.Although these companies are mainly responsible for providing product delivery at the end of the project,its operation mostly depends on the experience information of project participants and overly stresses on the benefit of project ignoring the significance of information resources that can promote enterprises the future sustainable development strategic,which condition needs to be changed.Therefore,based on the analysis of the existing problems in the management of construction enterprise information resources,this paper will make an in-depth study of the information resources management capabilities of construction companies in the context of the project,and put forward relevant suggestions for capacity improvement.It is of great significance to realize continuous accumulation and efficient and orderly management of information resources,as well as reuse,sharing,and timely innovation in order to promote construction enterprises to form their own core competitiveness and transformation and upgrading.This thesis first elaborates the related theoretical basis of the definition of information resources,social functions,etc.Based on this,it gives the definition of information resources management of construction enterprises in the context of the project,and analyzes the organization of construction enterprises information and the characteristics and content of project information under the project situation.And then it elaborates studies of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the aspect of information resources management of construction enterprises.Secondly,the thesis constructs assessment criteria system involving organizational structure support,human resources support,corporate culture support and process management companies support of information resources management capacity of construction companies in the context of projects,basing on a large number of literature readings,other researchers' previous study findings,combined with the status quo and existing problems of China in this aspect.This thesis finally determines the theoretical model of the information resource management capability of the construction enterprise under the project context.Finally,the thesis adopts SPSS 22.0 to test the reliability and validity of the basic data collected from the questionnaire and employs AMOS 17.0 to conduct theh first-order confirmatory factor and structural model verification analysis for the information resource management capability model of the construction enterprise under the project context constructed in this paper.Based on this,the thesis revised the model.And it finally proposes the effective suggestions pointing to improve the capability of information resource management in the construction enterprise under the context of the project based on the evaluation results of the built capacity model.
