Since the founding of New China,the national economy has made tremendous progress.Among them,the construction industry,as one of the representatives of the real industry,has made important contributions to the rapid development of the national economy,and its status is also rising steadily.Nowadays,we are deep in the ever-changing knowledge and information network era,and the competition in the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce.How to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition environment and win the competition,we must build a set of enterprise information management system that transcends competition.However,the current human resource management model adopted by the construction industry has some limitations,and it is no longer suitable for its wide-spread industry characteristics,nor can it enable construction companies to obtain a lasting competitive advantage.In order to optimize and upgrade the human resources management process of construction enterprises,and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,it is imperative to establish a human information management platform system suitable for construction enterprises.The key to the information of human resources platform lies in the establishment of e-HR system.This paper takes the e-HR system construction of a large-scale construction enterprise as the research object,and selects a large-scale state-owned construction enterprise as a case,and conducts the following research:(1)Through reading a large number of relevant documents,familiar with the necessity of the construction of human resource information management platform,the background of the times and the development process,and integrating domestic and foreign research based on this theory,it has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the establishment of an informationized human resources management platform for this article.(2)Aiming at the human resource management module of the construction industry,combined with the industry characteristics of the construction industry,it focuses on the analysis of the current problems,and proposes a unique solution to solve the real problems encountered by the human resource information e-HR system of the construction industry.(3)Taking a large state-owned enterprise as a specific case,it explained the current situation of human resource management in the construction industry and the necessity and urgency of establishing a set of modern informatized human resource management platform,and used individual cases as specific implementation cases to illustrate The real benefits that the establishment of the e-HR system brings to construction companies,through the demonstration of the actual application effects of the various modules of the e-HR system,let other companies,especially similar companies,truly feel the establishment of a new management thinking of human resources informatization,and decide Introduce the confidence and determination of e-HR,and put forward reference suggestions.(4)Aiming at the specific implementation plan of the e-HR system,this article elaborates each step from the preparations for the establishment of e-HR in the early stage to the mid-term implementation,including the most critical parts,and then to the final implementation effect.It provides solutions to key problems encountered by similar companies in establishing e-HR systems,and also helps companies that use the system for the first time to avoid duplication of work,wrong paths and detours.The research in this article will help more companies to use human resource management informatization thinking,especially to promote the establishment of e-HR in the construction industry,gain a competitive advantage,and provide a reference for the goal of transcending competition.
