Under the background of the government's vigorous promotion of building informatization and realization of the “Internet+” in construction industry,BIM technology has become the key to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.At present,China's BIM development have series problems such as depends on foreign software,the lack of a unified BIM standard,and the respective development of software vendors.The emergence of P-BIM is to solve these problems.However,the development of P-BIM in China is still at the exploratory stage,the current task is to complete the P-BIM's transformation of professional software and achieve professional BIM.Foundation detection is an integral part of the construction industry and realizing P-BIM during the building life cycle also requires the participation of foundation detection.According to the informatization of foundation detection and the demand of Pbim's information exchange,after survey and research the relatedachievements of domestic and overseas,this paper make the P-BIM data interface to access to the information management system of foundation detection through the API interface,linking the P-BIM cloud platform,andthe information-based model of foundation detection is established.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Thefoundation detection information model that adapt to the foundation detection content and does not change the existing workflow was put forword combined with the application process of the information management system of foundation detection,namely the P-BIM model of foundation detection.And the information management system of foundation detection is the embodiment and application of the information model.(2)The information exchange between the foundation detection and other participants was realized through the design of P-BIM data interface,including the function that obtain the information database of the investigate,the base pit,the foundation from the design of P-BIM cloud platform and the function that put the on-site detecting date converted to the P-BIM cloud platform.Meanwhile by extracting information of engineering and pile from the model database of pile foundation design,realize the functions of "viewing" and "pile distribution".Furthermore,the informationization level of foundation detection is further improved,and the comprehensive supervision of foundation detection is strengthened,which is conducive to the healthy development of the foundation detection industry.(3)The P-BIM model database of foundation detection is established according to the P-BIM standard,conveniented to the information exchange between foundation detection and other participants in the whole P-BIM system,and laid a solid foundation for the further expansion of foundation detection database.
