Study On The Optimization Of The Layout Of Resource-based Small Cities

Affected by domestic and foreign energy market fluctuations,forced and ecological environment protection pressure and resources reduced,the transformation has become the only way which must be passed to realize the sustainable development of the resource-based city.The transformation of resource-based city development must face the following three issues: one is the contradiction of overlap,lack of power of city development;two is the city's comprehensive carrying capacity is low,insufficient development of city;three is the city space development is unbalanced and not fully.The study of layout optimization to solve the resource type small city layout structure is not balanced by quasi inadequate land use problems.This study is: To explore the logic of resource-based industries and resource-based city interactive relationship between layout first,and then focused on resource type small city to analyze in the different stages of the city land layout special demands,and finally to a large willow resource type small city in Shaanxi province tower test area as an example,to explore the optimization the layout of the strategy.The specific measures are as follows: Based on the analysis of resource-based city land layout factors,based on industry life cycle dimension from the perspective of industrial development,the relationship between land uses of resource type small city industrial development and city,and then analyzes and summarizes the resource type city with different life cycle characteristics,and analysis the research area in the current period of life with the demands,and finally discusses the resource type small city land layout optimization strategy.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)the layout of the interactive mechanism with resource-based industries and resource-based city.On the one hand,constantly optimize the resources city industrial structure,will promote the city land use to optimize the structure and layout,in turn,to optimize the layout of the city to guide the resources industry and non resource based industrial cluster development in the space layout,so as to improve the land use efficiency,reduce production cost.On the other hand,because the resources industry plays an important role in city economic development role,can dominate and strengthen the city land use structure,scale and use(soil)area,which resulted in a large resource development enterprise production and living land tend to occupy the city superior location,and other land often around it the layout reflects the obvious policy and control the color.(2)the characteristics of land use in the life cycle of resource type city.In the different life cycles of resource-based cities,the urban spatial structure has undergone the evolution of the "industrial and mining,residential scattered structure-the development of independent groups-the main city + mining area / main city + mining area + new area-old city + new area";city land layout experience " in the layout of the enterprise,with sporadic " the production of life " for the city "-the local enterprise differentiation," for the two yuan of multiple equilibrium,and make intensive development " evolution process;city land use structure from simple to reasonable to process optimization.(3)the layout needs resources growing small city.City transformation is never easy,need to plan ahead,so in its initial stage,growth stage and maturity stage of life should be valued.The resource type growth stage small city land layout has three main aspects: the transformation of the mode of economic development needs of the city,the city land intensive;city construction management requirements with the areas of boundary integration,inclusive of city function;optimize land use structure,diversified requirements.(4)The Optimized Strategy of "Functional Guidance + Element Management and Control" in Urban Land Use Distribution in Resource-based Small Cities.Resource type small city land layout optimization should focus on two aspects: one is the unbalanced development of city space,is not sufficient;two is the city ecological fragility,city boundary.The resource type small city "function to guide + control elements of" city land layout optimization strategy.Including the guiding function to optimize the spatial structure and optimization of two aspects,mainly to solve the resource type small city land is not balanced,the problem of insufficient.The control elements of point,line and surface elements of the control to deal with the resource type small city ecological background,fragile ecological security pattern is not perfect,city land expansion and scattered city development fuzzy boundary problem...
