Quality Control On Construction In Student Apartment Integrated House Of Grafton

Integrated housing is in accordance with design requirements and processing,using cold-formed steel structures or light steel structures as the main load-bearing structure,with industrial,large-scale mass production of components or modules in the factory and then delivered to the field quickly to assemble a complete set of house building model.Energy saving,environmental protection,comfortable,healthy,assembly line production,such characteristics as ant-vibration performance are good.In order to ensure the quality of integrated housing construction,and promote the integration housing promotion model,this paper mainly studies the integrated housing construction in the process of quality control of specific issues,from the construction point of view,with the Grafton student apartment integrated housing project engineering instance,taking New Zealand Grafton student apartment integrated housing project as the main research object.This paper summarizes the basic theory of integrated quality control of housing construction,analyses the basic features of the integrated houses and introduces the categories,and summarizes the basic elements of construction management and outlines the basic principles of quality management.The main contents of quality management are summarized.This paper also builds quality management system of Grafton student apartment house construction process,including organizing the special quality management team,setting up a special quality inspection leading group to carry out total quality management,strengthening professional construction team and optimization management team and develop strictly quality management rules and regulations and implementing ISO9001 quality management system in construction process,standardized construction,form management and so on.Application of fuzzy evaluation and AHP identifies Grafton student apartment house construction process quality monitoring points,including the construction process and quality control of process analysis and identify the key points for construction quality control at all stages of the project.In the construction process and quality control flow analysis,analyzes the construction process and quality control processes and also analyzes assembly wall and assembly roof trusses and main points of quality control on the assembly floor.Key points for construction quality control at all stages of the project to identity both realize the main point of construction quality control of the project to identify which identified ex ante control in the control phase,phase and ex-post control phase quality control points.This paper studies Grafton student apartment house construction process quality control measures.It studies on labor,construction equipment and testing equip,ment to ensure guaranteed,materials of quality assurance and quality control measures of the elements studies incoming goods inspection and testing procedures,process inspection and testing and quality inspection measures studies construction technology control,management,technical support and other technical measures.This paper provides the theory and method for the integrated housing construction in the process of quality control solutions to specific problems and helps to promote integration of housing construction process quality control systematization and degree of refinement.
