Organization Structure And Process Optimization Strategy Of Equipment Renovation Project In J Company

J electric power company was founded in 2012,which is responsible for the operation and maintenance of power equipment in all ultra-high voltage substations in H province.It is the main body of responsibility for the establishment and implementation of equipment renovation overhaul project.Equipment renovation overhaul project management is a long-term and arduous project,which is related to the safety and stability of the national grid operation.However,J company has encountered some bottlenecks especially the imperfect organizational structure of the project and the disorganized project management process and so on,which seriously restrict the development of the company.This paper is going to optimize the organization structure and management process of J's equipment renovation overhaul project.This paper is based on the theory of project management,and systematically studies the Organization Structure and Process Optimization Strategy of Equipment Renovation Overhaul Project in J Company by collecting and arranging a large number of documents and drawing on the successful practice of related project management around the world.Firstly discusses the current project management of the company and find out the problems existing in the management of the substation equipment renovation overhaul project.Secondly,set up a renovation and overhaul project team to state the responsibilities of each project management department and post.Propose the idea on the optimization organization structure of the project management.Then,according to the optimization theory of the project management process and the collection and analysis of equipment data,the optimization strategy of the project management process is provided through the project establishment,the optimization of the examination and approval process and the optimization of the engineering construction process,and the optimization strategy of the management process of the J company's substation equipment renovation overhaul project is provided.The main features and innovations of this paper are as follows: The QFD methodis used to reveal the causes of project management problems in the equipment renovation overhaul project.Secondly based on the project management method,it puts forward the optimization strategy in organization structure.Finally provide the process optimization strategy by using the theory of process reengineering.
