| With the development of urbanization in China,urban rail transit has developed rapidly in various cities in China in order to solve the problem of severe road traffic congestion.The early subway lines have signal equipment with low automation degree,and corresponding safety culture has been formed for signal maintainers.The new subway lines have signal equipment with higher automation degree,safety culture of signal maintainers has also changed quietly,and they have had a certain negative influence on maintaining.How to build a safety culture of signal maintainers which matches the automation degree in new era has become the key to guaranteeing the safe operation of subways from the management level.The signal maintainers of Beijing Subway Line 5 and Beijing Subway Line 10 are set as the research object,and a set of quantitative and systematic research methods based on factor analysis and structure equation modeling is proposed.Then the effects of automation degree of signal equipment on the safety culture of signal maintainers are researched.The innovations and major work of this thesis are as follows:(1)The research status of the influence of automation degree on humans and the research status of the safety culture are organized.The existent researches mainly focus on the influence of automation degree on personnel operation behavior and researchers did not discuss about safety culture.(2)In-depth researches of the line conditions of the Beijing Subway Line 5 and Line 10 are implemented and interviews with frontline signal maintainers and management personnel are conducted.A scale with 41 indicators is designed and signal maintainers of depots,parking lots and stations of two lines are surveyed.(3)A safety culture modeling for signal maintainers using factor analysis is established,then 6 factors of safety culture which include maintaining attitude,material well-being,dealing with malfunction,use of safe equipment,dedication of signal maintainers and cognition of safety are got.(4)A structure equation modeling for the automation degree of signal equipment and each factor of safety culture of signal maintainers is established and the paths from automation degree to each factor of safety culture are analyzed,then the effects of each path are got.According to the factors of paths in structure equation modeling,automation degree has negative effects on maintaining attitude,material well-being,dealing with malfunction,dedication of signal maintainers and has positive effects on use of safe equipment.It has however no obvious effects on cognition of safety.(5)Combined with the actual work of the signal maintainers of the Beijing Subway Line 5 and Beijing Subway Line 10,reasons of influence of automation degree of signal equipment on 6 factors of the safety culture of signal maintainers are analyzed.15 suggestions such as adding maintenance support system,taking maintenance-free strategy,selective maintenance outsourcing,etc.have been made for improving 4 factors of safety culture of signal maintainers according to each path. |
