The Research Of Construction Skills Of Traditional Villages In The Pingyao County,Shanxi Province(The 60-70 Years Of Twentieth Century)

The construction skills of traditional villages are quite important cultural heritages in China and it is the embodiment of the progress of human wisdom.However,with the continuous development of economy and the change of people's life style,a large number of traditional residential buildings are faced with elimination,the reduction of new activities has created a large number onstruction skills of traditional villages to the verge of breaking down.It is urgent to rescue traditional houses in time and devote themselves to traditional construction skills.Based on a large number of research,interviews and surveying,this paper studies construction skills of traditional villages in the Pingyao County of Shanxi province.It aims to restore the most traditional construction skills in the 60-70 century of twentieth century,and build data archives for the local traditional architecture.The article is composed of six chapters,mainly studying three parts.The first part studies the characteristics of the dwellings in Pingyao county,collects datas through aerial photography,mapping,research,document analysis and so on.On the basis of the analysis of local environment and human environment,the paper makes a static study on the kiln Hospital which is the typical dwellingsof Pingyao county and explores the spatial characteristics of dwellings and single slope wooden tile houses from architectural perspective.Making theoretical analysis for the dynamic construction skills.The second part studies construction skills of dwellings and single slope wooden tile houses on the basis of the first part.The construction skills of dwellings collects datas through old craftsman interview and document analysis,and verifies the reliability of the datas throughing field investigation and on-the-spot demonstration to record the construction process of dwellings in the 60-70 century of twentieth century in detail and the rural culture interspersed with it.The sconstruction skills of single slope wooden tile houses collects datas through investigating wood processing sites and interviewing with veteran craftsmen to reduction the cnstruction process,and makes a key inquiry to tenon of wood and raising-of-truss method Combining with the local history,economy,and popular style.
