| With the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,the Belt and Road initiative,communication between China and ASEAN countries is increasingly close,in recent years.Nanning,the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.It has unique advantages in geography,political and economic.The annual China-ASEAN Expo,China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit,further enhanced communication in various areas,become a communication link between China and ASEAN countries.With the help of the Belt and Road initiative and the cooperation between China and ASEAN countries,Nanning Wuxu International Airport will usher in the big opportunities for development.This paper combines macro-analysis and micro-analysis.It uses PEST analysis method,Michael Porter’s five forces model,External Factor Evaluation Matrix to analyze the opportunities and threats of Nanning Wuxu International Airport by quantitative analysis.The paper also use comprehensive qualitative analysis method to study the internal environmental factors of Nanning Wuxu International Airport from transportation ability,management capabilities,financial profitability and human resources.On the basis of the SWOT analysis,put forward the Nanning Wuxu International Airport should implement the growth strategy in the new period.Five specific implementation measures should be put forward through decomposing strategy.Firstly,improving aviation network by strengthening the location and function of the hub airport,striving for visa-free policy,increasing financial subsidies;Secondly,promoting the development in non-aviation industry by aviation logistics and airport business;Thirdly,exalting service level of air:port by subdividing passenger market,raising transfer service,using the marketing network;Fourthly,constructing cooperation in"airport+tourism" rely on the airport traffic convenience advantages;Finally,advancing management ability through Non-Core Business Outsourcing,application of intelligent technology and the reserve of young cadres. |
