| Heavy Haul railway is the main transportation way on the coal transportation channel,the heavy haul railway station,especially the station with train folding angle and combination operation,is usually the key link to affect the passing capacity of the whole heavy-haul coal transport channel.Therefore,it is great theoretical and practical significance to identify the bottleneck of heavy haul railway station capacity,optimize the organization of station operation and improve the capacity of station.Based on the study of the capacity of the station,this paper analyzes the operation flow and time standard of the station,studies the evaluation and strengthening method of the capacity of the heavy haul railway station,and verifies the effectiveness of the method.Details include:(1)The summary of the method of station time standard data processing and the strengthening method of station passing capacityThis paper analyzes the methods of manual,semi-automatic and automatic checking of the technical operation time of stations,the methods of data acquisition,the grey system theory,the probability distribution function and so on,and combs the existing research results of the station passing capacity from the mathematical model and the simulation simulation.Form a statistical table that includes competency evaluation indicators or capacity optimization objective functions.(2)Operation flow and time analysis of heavy haul railway stationThis paper analyzes the operation flow of the loading operation,shunting operation,loading and unloading operation,inspection operation,row tail operation,locomotive picking up operation and train folding operation in heavy haul railway station.Using all kinds of probability density functions,train operation time of all kinds of stations is fitted and analyzed.(3)The construction and solution of the optimization mathematical model of the railway station’s line path and route selectionBased on the existing research,the constraints and variables related to the train folding operation and the ton combination operation are increased,the objective function is to choose the inclination of the line channel and the equilibrium of the line channel occupation,to consider the uniqueness constraint of the line channel or the route occupancy,the space-time uniqueness constraint of the shunting operation plan,the combination train state transformation constraint,etc.Construct 0-1 programming model,and apply MATLAB to call LINGO method to solve the problem.(4)Strengthening simulation optimization theory and simulation model of heavy haul railway station passing capacityFirstly,the paper introduces the simulation optimization theory of heavy haul railway station,including the flexible application principle of the line path,the shortest route selection principle and the restriction constraint of train insertion method.Then the core frame of the whole simulation system is introduced in detail from the basic elements,simulation strategy,simulation main program flow,subroutine flow,simulation hypothesis,parameter,input and output.Programming and implementing simulation process in MATLAB platform.(5)Case studyTaking the CiYaowan station of Bao Shen Railway as a case,the design of 13 sets of experiments was carried out according to simulation theory and principle,and the capacity bottleneck of CiYaowan station and the capacity strengthening scheme were obtained.Finally,comparing the simulation results with the model method,the results show that the method of mathematical model solving is more abstract,the method of simulation is more specific and more flexible. |
