As an important part of railway transportation,heavy-haul railway has obvious advantages in the inland transport of bulk cargoes represented by coal,and coal plays an important role in China's energy structure.Therefore,heavy-haul railway has a significant impact on China's energy supply.However,the heavy-haul railway system has a large and complex structure that is vulnerable to emergencies.China is a country where natural disasters and other emergencies occur frequently.So how to improve the carrying capacity of railway systems against emergencies and ensure the safety of railway systems is great significance for the national energy supply.The topic of this article comes from The National Key Research and Development Program of China: “Integration and application demonstration of operation and safety comprehensive safeguard system for heavy haul railway”(Grant No.2016YFB1200105).This paper draws lessons from previous research experience on railway transportation organization and transportation safety,aims to provide a set of preparation methods for heavyhaul railway train operation under emergent conditions,and to increase the carrying capacity of heavy-haul railway to emergencies from a more macro level.This article takes the Shuo-Huang Railway as the background and comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of the heavy-haul railway transport organization and the impact mechanism of the emergencies on the heavy-haul railway.Based on consulting a large number of relevant research literature on the train operation plan,train marshalling plan,and railway passing capacity,this artic discussed the strategy for heavy-haul railway train operation under emergency conditions,and analyzed the key technologies of heavy-haul train under emergency conditions and established a model for the phased heavy-haul train operation under emergency conditions.The thesis firstly defined the concepts and researching contents in the process of heavyhaul railway train operation plan under emergency conditions.This paper discussed the operation strategy and key content of the heavy-haul railway train operation plan under emergency conditions,and designs its preparation process.Then,based on the characteristics of the Shuo-Huang railway line and its operation methods,this paper focuses on analyzing the calculation method of different blocking mode passing capacity under the emergency conditions.Article analyzes the emergency treatment maintenance from two aspects: time and capability respectively.The model of the influence of railway passing capacity is given,and the calculation method of corresponding indicators is given.This paper proposes a method to shorten the impact time of emergency treatment maintenance by combining heavy-haul trains,which lays a foundation for establishing a model of heavy-duty railway trains under emergency conditions.Next,in combination with the preparation strategy and the key technologies for heavyhaul railway train operation,the dissertation established a model of heavy-hual railway under emergency conditions.The model is divided into two parts.The first part is the model of the train operation plan in the emergency treatment phase.The model comprehensively considers the constraints of passing capacity caused by an emergency,the weight limit of the train traction,the speed constraint of the train,and the quantity constraints of the carrying vehicle.To minimize the loss of heavy-haul railway by escalating emergencies and using the lowest cost as the objective function.The second part is the model for carrying capacity compensation.In this stage,under the normal operating environment,the heavy railway capacity,the number of vehicles,and the operating capacity of the station are the constraints.It is established to make up for the lost capacity in minimum time and the lowest operating cost.On this basis,this paper also designs a strategy for the preparation of combined trains during the emergency treatment of sunroofs.In the end,this paper combines the reality of Shuo-Huang railway,designs an emergency scene,and verifies the theory and model of the heavy-haul railway train operation under emergency conditions.The result data of the example proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical research in this paper.The method designed in this paper can provide reference for the heavy-haul railway transportation organization scheme under emergency conditions,and has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
