Research On Several Technical Problems Of Industrial Assembly Decoration

China's construction industry has entered into the period of industrialization transformation,and the development,design and construction mode of the construction industry has been reformed by means of overall organization,with the aim of improving production efficiency,product quality,economic efficiency and environmental benefits,and building industrialization is an important link and key technological means.The current policy level has asked the building industrialization to throughout the course of the construction that covers the structure industrialization and industrialization decorate.The practice of structural industrialization is almost the same age as our country,but the research and practice of the industrial decoration process has only just begun.In addition,the construction decoration market in China is large,and the construction decoration and renovation of old building are time-consuming and difficult,affecting the owner's use,calling for the new decoration method to solve the intractable problems in the renovation of old buildings.Construction industrialization is an intensive construction method for integration and modular construction part,which can meet the demand of both new and old building decoration.In this paper,assemble decoration is discussed,the research background and outline of the present assemble decoration are set forth,the development process of the technology,the core concept and the technical route are studied and summarized,and the technical route of the assemble decoration is extracted.Because the modular product is researched mainly by the professional technology manufacturer,such as the bathroom,the kitchen,the furniture product.The core of my study is a collection of integrated products,namely,the walls,floors,and ceiling areas that are closely related to the structure of the building,what are rarely involved in existing studies.The main part of this paper is divided into two parts: investigation and research.To both the materials and construction technology has carried on the extensive investigation and analysis,found that both the advantages and defects of materials and technology,for the subsequent improvement research provides the thinking pattern and material.This paper puts forward the existing problems of assembly decoration and the technical path and guiding ideology to solve the problems,and then makes the technical transformation of relevant materials and technologies in conformity with the assembly requirements,so as to meet the requirements of higher integration,modularization,standardization,assembly,serialization and generalization,and obtain the performance target conception and implementation measures of related materials,and finally design the rapid assembly construction technology matched with those materials.In the end of this paper,the existing problems of assembly decoration are summarized,and the obstacles on the industrialization road of assembly decoration are expounded,and the idea of promoting industrial upgrading is prospected.
