Building energy consumption is high,carbon emission is large,and with the acceleration of urbanization process,the number of buildings is increasing,building energy consumption and carbon emissions will increase.From the whole life cycle of buildings,the time span of building use phase is long,building energy consumption is the largest,carbon emissions are the largest stage,so the building use phase of carbon emission reduction not only has a positive significance to the construction industry,and even to our country's energy saving and emission reduction has the significance that can not be underestimated.The energy efficiency of the traditional construction industry is low,and the construction industry has great potential of energy saving and emission reduction.At present,there are many measures to reduce carbon emissions in buildings,and the fine management of buildings is one of the most effective.The reason is that building carbon emissions are not only related to building energy consumption,but also low energy consumption is not the same as building carbon emissions,the use of high carbon emission coefficient of energy as power,even if lower energy consumption will lead to higher carbon emissions,For the same building,building carbon emissions can be changed by adjusting the energy structure when the total energy consumption is constant.The meticulous management of buildings can change the operation strategy by evaluating the energy status of buildings,so as to reduce the building carbon emissions without reducing the quality of life.In this paper,the carbon emission in the building use phase is studied,and the boundary of carbon emission calculation is first determined.Then the building is divided into five parts:HVAC system,domestic hot water system,lighting system,other energy-using equipment and renewable energy system.The calculation formulas of energy consumption and carbon emissions are given respectively.At the same time,the carbon emission factors of all kinds of energy sources used in the phase of building use are summarized.Then it introduces the building energy consumption monitoring system,analyzes the characteristics of the building energy consumption monitoring system data collection,comprehensive data characteristics and building carbon emissions calculation method,and constructs the building carbon emission analysis model.According to the actual situation of different buildings,the paper classifies the buildings,and explains the contents of the data that need to be collected in different kinds of buildings.In order to verify the feasibility of building carbon emission analysis model,two building examples of Chongqing office building and Chongqing comprehensive shopping center are selected,and the carbon emission analysis model is used to calculate the carbon emissions.The characteristics of building energy consumption and carbon emission are analyzed respectively.The results show that the total energy consumption of the office building in one year is 3467.83MWh.The annual electricity consumption per unit area is74.31KWh/?m2·a?and the total amount of carbon emissions is 1834.04tCO2.The total energy consumption of the shopping center in one year is 7992.10MWh.The total energy consumption per unit area is 65.28KWh/?m2·a?and the total amount of carbon emissions is3435.33tCO2.There are great differences in carbon emissions between the two building systems,in which HVAC systems account for the largest proportion,which is the most important carbon emission source in the use phase of the building,Carbon dioxide emission reduction potential is great.Although domestic hot water system accounts for a relatively small,but if the use of solar water heating systems and other renewable energy supply,its carbon dioxide emission reduction is still very considerable.There are differences in carbon emissions between office buildings and complex buildings,which is due to different types of buildings facing different people and different service priorities.Finally,in order to compare the differences of carbon emissions between the use of electricity and the use of other clean energy,three scenarios were set up according to the different measures of using clean energy.The amount of investment needed in three scenarios and the amount of energy saving and emission reduction in different scenarios are calculated in detail.
