| With the rapid development of the automobile industry in China,as a convenient means of transportation,the car has entered thousands of households,the increase of the number of cars is bound to demand a large number of parking spaces,but the very limited urban land resources can not provide a large number of parking space,this appears the city parking problem.Combined with the economic,economical and sustainable development of the country,the development of three-dimensional parking equipment and the problem of parking equipment are determined.The emergence of a three-dimensional garage can effectively solve the problem of parking.In recent years,the three-dimensional garage industry is developing rapidly.The selection of appropriate transmission mode and control equipment and the stable and reliable control system are very important for the realization of the automatic operation of the three-dimensional garage,which makes the three-dimensional garage develop in a more intelligent and integrated direction.In this paper,a vertical circular garage is designed,which is characterized by off-line operation under unattended surveillance.First,the paper simply explains the main mechanical structure and operating principle of the stereo garage.On this basis,it focuses on the design of a control system with Programmable Automation Controller(PAC)as the core of the system.The system uses PAC as the lower computer and the working computer as the upper computer.Using the human-computer interaction system technology,frequency converter speed regulation technology and PAC control technology,the three-dimensional garage has the function of off-line operation and on-line operation,and monitoring the whole running state of the garage to ensure the safety and stability of the garage in operation.Using MODBUS protocol,PAC is used as the master station and the network configuration is based on frequency converter,touch screen,input and output module,etc.Design and debug the garage operation program on Lab VIEW software,and realize the connection between IPC,inverter and PAC by serial interface technology.A data management program for three-dimensional garage is developed,which can record user information,modify user information and charge inquiry on the upper computer.Compared with the same type of products used at home,this system improves the automation of the stereo garage,has higher reliability,and can meet the different needs of different people to the three-dimensional garage.The optimization of the design of intelligent three-dimensional garage control system has low construction cost and high operating efficiency.It is beneficial to promote the popularization and use of vertical circulation stereoscopic garage,and promote the vertical circulation stereoscopic garage to be more intelligent.It also has wide application foreground,social value and economic value. |
