The technology of electric melting and increasing material uses welding arc as heat source to melt metal wire,and accumulating deposited metal layer in accordance with the established path until the final forming of the parts.The technology has the advantages of high material utilization,short manufacturing cycle,low manufacturing cost,uniform chemical composition,good mechanical properties,less limitation of parts size and suitable for repair of parts.The wire feeding system plays an important role in the equipment of electrofusion manufacturing,which directly affects the precision and stability of the wire feeding speed.Because of the printing effect of the workpiece,its intelligence and flexibility are also important factors to decide the automation level of the equipment.At present,most of the development of manufacturing equipment for electric melting and increasing material also stay in single heat source and miniaturization.In order to improve the stability of the forming process,improve the surface quality and the size accuracy control of the forming parts,a set of PLC control is designed on the basis of the existing electric fusion material manufacturing equipment and the technical requirements of the electrofusion technology.System,host computer monitoring and database management.First of all,the overall control scheme of the electric welding equipment is designed.Based on the PLC and the upper computer,the hardware communication network is built according to the idea that the FCS field bus control system and the industrial Ethernet are combined.Then the gun frame tracking system,the beam automatic shift system and the transmission support system control scheme are designed according to the technical requirements.According to the design requirements of the wire feeding system,the hardware design and selection of the wire feeding system are completed and the problems arising from the traditional PID control mode are analyzed.The control mode of fuzzy PID is selected to complete the automatic control of the wire feeding system in the manufacturing process of the electrofusion material.Finally,the general state automation software technology of Beijing Kunlun is made on the computer.The MCGS_embedded 7.2 configuration software of the company has designed a complete set of operating interface of the central control system of the electric melting material manufacturing equipment.The corresponding operating interface program is loaded into the MCGS touch screen,and the process of the electric melting material manufacturing can be monitored in real time through the operating interface of theMCGS touch screen,thus ensuring the whole electric melting increase.The manufacturing process is carried out smoothly to realize the automation of the manufacturing process of large size metal pipes.In this paper,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is adopted in the process of automatic wire feeding for the equipment of the electric melting material,and the closed loop control of the wire feeding system is realized according to the negative feedback of the arc pressure.Through the self designed hardware control system and the software system,a whole wire feeding system is set up.The automatic wire feeding in this paper is shown by the field experiment data.The system meets the technical requirements of the electrofusion manufacturing technology better,and solves the sticky phenomenon of the traditional PID control mode.It has good stability and reliability.All the data have reached the design requirements.
